snow, the internet, and procrastination

Crystallized tears gracefully sledding down
Frozen slopes of air and smoke guided by
Gusts of wind blown from angelic trumpets
Sent to blanket the trees and the Newborn
Beautiful power and fierce frailty
Shutting down the place of learning and
Building an army of coal eyed men
Your only weakness the flame of summer

I bask in the rays of the electric
Sun sending out intangible beams of
Endless possibilities and humor
Forgotten intellectual benefits
Poisoned by lobotomized stars on the
Tube of you proving evolution theory
Countless grains of sand slipped through the hands of
Time spent exploring virtual worlds and
Collecting ‘leet purplez’ from pixel dragons

The freight train of time plows around the
Circular track encased in a clear plastic
Bubble each station named after a number
My inevitable destination
Rising like the sun after the moon
Drowning in regret swimming on adrenaline
Addictive procrastination
